These third parties will only act under our instruction and comply with similar and equally stringent undertakings of privacy and confidentiality.

We may also share your personal data with the emergency services if we reasonably think there is a risk of serious harm or abuse to you or someone else.
- We may share your personal data with a prospective or new owner of our business or company and their advisors, should we, or any entity within Your Own Therapist be the subject of a takeover, divestment or acquisition.
- We share your personal data where you give us express permission to do so in the course of your relationship with us from time to time.
- How long will we keep your personal data?

We are located in the United Kingdom and the European Union; however, your personal data may be stored on servers hosted by third parties, including Kajabi, in the United States.
